Safe area that is close to the university of Aberdeen, ocean, and a number of grocery stores.

Area was fine, neighbours are lovely thankfully.

The area is full of nice people and has good facilities however it appears to be becoming more scruffy and dangerous over time.

People were pleasant, it was close to the middle of the city so everything was in walking distance. Unfortunately we got priced out of being able to stay in the area, the city centre lost a lot of it's charm and is mostly coffee shops, hair dressers, restaurants or Vape stores

Quiet, far from other things including supermarkets.

Its nice enough.
Had a beautiful park and nature.
