Landbeach is an attractive village and feels very rural, but is so convenient for Cambridge. There are frequent buses into the city centre from the village. The main road through the village gets very busy with traffic, particularly at peak times. There are absolutely no shops or pubs in the village, meaning that you need to drive 10 minutes to a convenience store.

Quiet and peaceful, next to residential area, environment gets vibrant during match day in Southampton.

I am not sure why the website lists the area as the Bargate as it is nearer St Marys/Ocean Village but MOOT will not let me change to the correct area. I like living here :)

Good for transport links and restaurants for foodies.

A nice area right by Lloyd Park and has nice off licenses nearby. But transport connections only buses and quite far to walk to Walthamstow.

Typical student area , very slippery front path leading to the front door, with only one door lock , made us feel unsafe. Student accommodation blocks are the way forward. These people like Mr. Donen sit back in a life of luxury while we students have to live in poor conditions.

Lovely area and miss my neighbours who were very community minded

Nice, lively area and super easy to walk into town.
Can be a little nosey and difficult to park but nothing bad.
