I wouldn't recommend this landlord at all. The house we stayed in had mice issues from the beginning of the tenancy, this was never resolved as pest control was never fully carried out although there was some effort from the landlord. Nothing was done about the mould problem in the extension, instead blame was put on us. Twice the landlord sent workmen round at 8am with no warning who then just let themselves in, showing no consideration to the tenants. Rent is also very high for the state of the property which is generally worn and cramped. Much better properties are available for the same price. One positive is that the deposit was returned at the end.

House too cramped for 7 people. Not enough storage space in kitchen. Mould problem in the extension with walls and ceiling needing regular cleaning. Mice problem. Poor insulation. Leaky roof. Generally tatty. Only positive is that the living room and kitchen layout was good for socialising.
