Room sizes are not evenly sized so I would suggest adjusting the rent price per room. Kitchen and living room are tiny however the bathroom is nice. If you get the master bedroom it will be a nice time.

Good distance between campus and the city centre. Portswood is noisy, often a number of drunks in the area and the walk from the high street to the house can be rather dark as there are few streetlights (I would phone a friend during the walk home).
