Landlord rating

Never seen them, they were welcoming at accomodating our needs and also gave us free salt for the water deminiralizer. As far as we know they told the agency to manage the repairs of the boiler but this was not done in a timely manner by them.
We only wish the invested more money in better heating and boiler.

Really bad experience overall with Beals. From the first day we were given wrong keys and the apartment didn't open. Our boiler did not function properly for more than 6 months in winter so we did not have access to hot water when in need agency was aware of this. We learned to be helpless. They told us that we would have not had to pay any fee when leaving due to the boiler issue but they contacted us the day before leaving to get those money from us.

Apartment in good condition as it was just renewed. One living room, small kitchen, one bedroom and one toilet. Windows of good size to have light in. Very bad door lock (would spend avg. 1 minute to lock).
2 heater in main rooms, the one in the living room never worked well so having it off or on didn't make any difference.
Electric shower, the 'hot' was warm.
