An aggressive lier. Here’s some examples:
1. Ignoring our itinerary when we first inspected the house - things like “remove rubbish” and “clean property” were ignored.
2. The upstairs bathroom was uninhabitable but Bill took great offence to this when we told him.
3. We did not have working central heating for six weeks, with occasional hot water, and when a new boiler was finally being installed I asked the fitter for his GasSafe card. The fitter ran out and then Bill called me to abuse me down the phone for “stopping the guy doing his job”. The guy was not qualified and Bill knew this.
4. When we asked for a new dryer he told us to get one of GumTree.
5. He tried taking our deposit but we won through MyDeposits ADR scheme.
I have a list of stories including ones from other friend who were in his other properties and the previous tenants in our properties. Mostly about how he treats people and doesn’t like giving back deposits easily.

Letting Agent rating
The agency literally did nothing but take our initial fees. When we had problems our queries were completely ignored. When there were house viewings we would be honest to the viewees questions and Shane, the agent, would get defensive and tell the landlord on us, not that we cared.

Property rating
Property had four bedrooms and a small upstairs room which looked very “lived in” when we first visited.
We were assured the property would be cleansed and that all white goods would be left behind.
The property was filthy when we moved in and the landlord did not clean the place up after the summer.
He even tried to charge us for the mould problem which existed when we got there... maybe windows with proper seals on would help.

Very close to uni. Two of us drive so Sainsburys and Aldi were easy to get to. 45 minutes walk from clubs.
