Never does anything. Is always promising days that he'll come to visit and fix things and never shows up. Reported him to the council and he still doesn't show up. Has a serious attitude and tries to blame the residents for the mould that was here before we got here.

furniture is old and worn, literally falling to pieces. Oven is terrible. Mould is absolutely everywhere and the landlord refuses to fix it.
