John and Alison are very involved private landlords, kind and thoughtful people who are great to chat to and are very quick to respond when there are any problems. They also always give 24 hour notice by email before visiting the property and are very flexible if you need the visit postponed. Great communication all round!

Very large rooms with lots of storage space and furniture, this property is far nicer than normal student accommodation and the living room is lovely and South facing, with an ornamental fireplace. There is a large family bathroom and an extra shower room - great for the morning rush!

Area review for Bevois, Southampton

Area rating: 10

The neighbourhood is close to Portswood and the restaurants and shops there. Transport links to town and to Highfield Campus are very good as buses can be caught on the avenue or lodge road - only a 2 minute walk away. There is a great gym literally 30 seconds from the house which does finesses classes everyday and has a swimming pool, sauna and hot tub. The location is perfect if you want to stay within walking distance of both town and Highfield Campus. There is on street parking freely available and the neighbours are very nice. The street feels very safe.
