Mr Rabbani is the most considerate and helpful landlord I have ever had. If we ever needed anything he'd always be there to pick up the phone and would come over immediately if we needed anything. He also organised repairs very fast and was very approachable. Would definitely recommend staying in this property if you're looking for a helpful landlord that's not looking to rip you off.

The property was in good condition. 4 beds, all similar in size and natural light. Prone to damp in the living room and kitchen areas, however the landlord gave us dehumidifiers and reduced the rent to cover what this cost in electricity. Garden fairly small and not paved, but still usable. Features the "great wall of Thackeray".

Great transport links- right next to St Denys train station and very good bus links. Close to array of shops, bars, clubs and restaurants. Great location for students of University of Southampton and Solent University. Not as loud as other student areas.
