Tried to blackmail us, made false promises, lies straight to your face and has no concept of privacy. Conducts repairs when it suits him to come around, even if it's urgent. Cheaps out in every conceivable way, whilst trying to charge you as much as possible. Tried to charge us £500 for the replacement of 1 key, claimed that he changed all the locks, we know he didn't because he said that he didn't when we returned the key. He's not very intelligent but he'll treat you like an idiot anyway.

Disgusting, promises of having the place cleaned by 'Professional Cleaners' were false. All we saw was a fake invoice for a company that didn't exist, and a filthy house filled with mould. Terrible furniture that's broken. Anything that's not broken has been repaired badly and will break again soon. The showers are abysmal, showering at the gym is preferable, even if it means sharing with a dozen hairy guys. Not a single room has sufficient lighting at night, and the curtains let in light as if they didn't exist in the morning.

The only good side is the location, its close to the university and therefore the bus stop. Apart from that, its not close enough to the shops. The neighbourhood isn't nice at all, you won't feel safe walking down the street at night. If you own a car the street is completely inaccessible from the North or the West because of a river and the univeristy.
