I lived in the property for 2 years, and all I can say are the nicest things to my landlord. He has been very helpful and kind in every way. Whenever I have come across some problems in the property, Paul is responsive and a very accommodating landlord to me and my husband.

Property rating

The property is a very nice flat along Winchester Road, Southampton. The flat itself gives a good view outside and I can say it is very safe building. The building is well maintained and the neighboring tenants are very kind and helpful as well.

I can say it has enough space for a single or couple tenants. It is very accessible to Unilink bus from the city centre to hospital and vice versa. It is also just 10 minutes walk to Shirley where you can also take Blue Star Bus. The hospital is just 10 minutes walk and there is a gym and a shop just across the street.

The neighbourhood is peaceful and quite place. Although it is by the road, at night you can still sleep soundly. The other tenants are also kind and considerate.
