Awful - immediately breached the terms of the agreement.
On start of tenancy agreed with landlord additional cleaning and remedies required. On moving in, landlord had failed to clean and make fixes. On complaining landlord failed to engage, accept or make progress when given more time, hence landlord found to be in breach of the terms of the agreement. We are now in a legal process with them via Money Claim Online.
Landlord is not a member of any trade ombudsman service.
Agent (Kings, Southampton) also failed to engage or to assist in remedying the problems and dispute.
