Bad communication with the agency as they are unreliable in responses and response times. Sometimes there was a language barrier. When requesting repairs, we were ignored and they were never carried apart from a couple easy jobs. On their website they state they have no admin fees which is untrue as we were charged for some. The agency is disorganised and they dismiss problems until tenants stop chasing them up.

Property has decent sized rooms which meant kitchen and living room is smaller than expected. Conservatory is old and has a leaking roof which was never fixed. All bedrooms and communal spaces are riddled with mould, which again has not really been addressed.

Area rating: 5
Property is close to small shops (inc. Tesco express). It is also close to a school which means it is a relatively safe area compared to the rets of Portswood. It is a bit far from University of Southampton but public transport is easily accessible with bus stops down the road.
