Slow to respond to messages, often visited/ sent estate agents over without the contractually agreed 24 hours' notice period, and reluctant to carry out repairs. 18 months after pointing out rising damp, the work on it is still not complete. Refused to reimburse rent when we were asked to move out for damp work to be carried out. Smaller repairs (such as a hole in the wall behind pipework in the shower, loose wiring, moisture inside double glazed windows) were ignored when pointed out. He will do the absolute bare minimum, and then make out like he's doing you a favour.

4 Bedroom house, bedrooms vary in size. House is in a poor state of repair - unresolved rising damp issues (both downstairs rooms are prone to mould), dry rot in door frames and skirting boards, cracked ceilings and walls. Furniture and white goods are generally poor quality and almost all are at least secondhand.
Garden is small and concrete all over, but is South-facing.

Close to bus stops for the U1, U2, and U6 routes (easy access to the city centre, Highfield campus, and hospitals).
