Do not go with assured lettings in Southampton if you never want to see your deposit again. Whilst being with assured lettings they were very pleasant until we left. They charged us 285 pounds in total for cleaning of the house, which we left in good condition and provided no photo evidence when we questioned why we had been charged so much. They were very rude communicating with us on this matter and gave us no real reasoning for the large charge.

Property was fine. Standard university house. 5 rooms and good size kitchen with smaller communal areas. Small garden.
