Landlady is honestly so rude and impolite. She and her husband just comes and goes into the house without giving us prior notice half of the time. We had an issue with there being a bike in the house's front room and she got super angry about it. Instead to talking to me calmly about it, she stormed up to my room, banged heavily on my door and shouted at me the moment I opened my room door. She handed me a letter too which was not only insulting to me, but was also insulting to my family as she decided it was a good idea to drag my family into it... Honestly never met anyone so immature!

Tenant link was alright with rent payment, however they were not too great during move in day. We weren't allowed to pick up the house keys until the morning of the move in date. This just made the day super hectic.

Feels like I've been transported 50 years back when I step into this house. Carpets are filthy and leave feet black. Rooms all have different mismatched/half broken furniture.The bathroom tub was stained brown when we moved in and who puts carpet in the bathroom instead of tiles?! House was apparently 'professionally cleaned' when we moved in but there were hair ties on the tables, cloth hangers in the closets, dust everywhere, etc. There are so many problems, it's impossible to list them all.

There's a bus stop close to the house (3 mins walk). It's relatively close to Sainsbury which is good. Only downside is that the neighbourhood is close to the sewage plant so the smell can be bad sometimes!
