Broomhill is great, plenty of shops and close to uni. Parking you need a permit but that is pretty standard for the city.

Neighborhood is safe and fairly quiet. Walk-able distance to the city and great bus routes.

Close to busses and shops, good for George Sq access, right on the Meadows. Good. Overall.

★☆☆☆☆
Bad neighbours, constantly loud. Drunk people always yelling in the streets. Barely ever get a moments peace.

Convenient as it is located on West Street. 4 minutes away from the University Library.

The area is usually quiet but do have the odd car speeding round the corner and kids on motorbikes shredding them up and down the road now and again

Bit dodgy for Bristol. But not too bad, a homeless man may try to force his way past you into your own flat.

Not a bad area with quite a nice park nearby. All transport links are reliable and you can get a tram nearby or plenty of buses to/from the city.

The area for both properties wasn't to be bad, the neighbours are friendly and there are plenty of transport links to the city center and surrounding areas.

This is a detached house at the end of the high-street with alley ways down both sides. One alley way is locked off which is where our bikes were kept but 2 were stolen. It is a bit of a dodgy area especially weekends when people are often drunk outside the house. In terms of convenience it is very very good
