The maisonette is situated within a leafy morden brick built estate, in a relatively quiet area of Kentish Town. Being a few minutes from Kentish Town Station (and the bustle of the highstreet), and close to Camden and not far from central London (we often cycle), the maisonette is also only a few minutes from the lovely Hampstead Heath (a real local treasure) and outdoor swimming ponds. The contrast of nature and city, peace and vibrancy has really made living here quite a luxury.

Really nice central location but quite loud on Friday and Saturday nights as it is near the O2.

I love nether edge and the street is lovely which is why this whole situation was such a shame. The downside was that lots of the landlords family live on the same street which made us feel quite intimidated once he became angry.

Great. Near the park, bus route, lovely neighbours. Buses could be a little bit noisy but hardly noticeable.

Its ok.... The park opposite which is surrounded by a fence and trees so they cannot see us is lough of an evening with children smoking and swearing but its not an issue when its 11pm and they leave. its quiet and we have some lovely quite old neighbours and they like cats which is great as I have 2 of them!

Neighborhood is nice with great connections, bars, restaurants and pubs. Easy to get into the centre but with so much close by we often stayed local.

Handy to get the bus. Shops pretty close by. Make sure you lock all doors and windows even when you're in the house.

Close to university, shops and train station. Not well lit, with limited parking. Some friendly neighbours, although some unpleasant.

Not great. The paths to the house were poorly lit and full of rubbish. Location wise it was close to the university and to shops. Thankfully none of us had a car, as parking was difficult.

The neighbourhood is excellent, it is quiet, has access to all amenities and really is a lovely place to live.
