It's right by Oldfield park and by town centre so it's great for shopping and ease. Uni bus stops right outside so super handy.

The area itself and the neighbours are lovely. We are all heartbroken that we will have to move out of the street.

Perfect area, quiet and close to the Overground station. A few minutes away form Stoke Newington main road.

was good, felt un-safe with the house next door but one, always people sat outside the house who wolf whistle and shout things at you when you walk past...

Attached to a corner shop and 30 seconds from a pub. 10 minute walk to town and less to a big Morrisons. The street is a mixture of students and young families so the dynamic is nice.

Only 15/20 minute walk down Hughenden Road. Issue being house on the corner as everyone littered on the front.

Just outside dodgy Desborough but still have to walk that way to uni. Near corner shop!
