Good area for students to live in but really dirty and often dangerous

Very peaceful area.

i actually loved the area, there's a reputation for crime but the people are incredibly friendly and didn't hear or experience of any real crime issues whilst living there. it's super close to the city centre and train station so the location is very convenient.

Isolating.
Down private road
No public transport
Felt trapped.

Relatively quiet. Everything about a 10 minute walk away.

Awful. Just truly awful.
