Lovely road, quieter than many others in Selly Oak streets. Only issue is bin stealing so just keep track of your bins.

The area seems to be riddled with crime these days. We’ve had our car broken into and I narrowly avoided a mugging within 200m of the front door.

It does have a good close proximity to the city centre which is a bonus but the area is so run down it’s really not worth it. I never felt safe walking at night around this area and was always on edge.

Great area, nice to be by the downs, and quiet.
