Great area - well located and connected

Quiet, few local amenities but still nice

Great family area, very quiet and great shops and play areas

A nice friendly area with some good local businesses. Quiet except for the occasional late-night foot traffic from the local pub.

Batford just on the outskirts of Harpenden walking around 25 minutes walk to mainline train station and town. Harpenden is a very nice town. The house is located opposite a large school which at times an issue when parents dropping/collecting their children off morning/afternoon as the road became extremely busy and not always easy to get out of the drive. On a busy road but not badly situated.

Great area with lots to do!

Lovely road, quieter than many others in Selly Oak streets. Only issue is bin stealing so just keep track of your bins.

The area seems to be riddled with crime these days. We’ve had our car broken into and I narrowly avoided a mugging within 200m of the front door.

It does have a good close proximity to the city centre which is a bonus but the area is so run down it’s really not worth it. I never felt safe walking at night around this area and was always on edge.

Great area, nice to be by the downs, and quiet.
