The house is situated in a central area surrounded by a variety of shops. This location is convenient for commuting, as I have easy access to transportation options, allowing me to reach any destination easily due to its central placement.

The area itself is amazing. it has many shops and easy to obtain anything. excellet area when it comes to transport.
Nevertheless, there is a significant security concern in the vicinity. The area grapples with frequent altercations, drug and alcohol-related problems, which invariably lead to street fights.

The location is not very convenient for commuting; my children have to take three buses to reach their school. Due to this lengthy commute, they have been experiencing difficulties with their academic performance as they are frequently arriving late. However, I had no choice but to choose this place because it was affordable.

NW2 near Willesden Green tube. Excellent transport links with several options, lovely big parks (Gladstone Park about 15 mins away). Decent community though people can be rather closed. We never felt unsafe, though objectively Kilburn does have quite a high level of street violence. Series of sexual assaults in the park while we were living in the area.

St Peter’s is generally a nice area, however the property is located on a road very close to a busy Tescos so heavy traffic noise, lots of pollution, and refrigerated trucks parked on the road with engines running all night for the Tesco, queued up waiting to be ready to unload, and traffic noise at all hours as people visit Tescos. There is also a residential home for people with special needs so expect lots of screeching and screaming from that and their garden. It’s certainly not a ‘quiet’ property. Very inefficient heating and insulation so expect huge heating bills in winter.
Landlords also very deceptive, left garden maintenance equipment in all the photos of the shed, even on inventory however all were removed on moving in!
Noise nuisance have also had to be made due to the recent new neighbour next door who have been a nightmare, moved the toilet inside the property leaving a toilet vent pipe in the roof just metres away from an opening window of this property in the lounge so can’t open my window in summer without the smell of human sewage!
Landlord is known for visiting the property without notice (unlawful), and when they cannot get their own way make false police reports, which thankfully the police found nothing wrong and closed the matter and noted it so they ignore future reports.
Landlord also unlawfully removed my own padlock to secure the side gated access to the property leaving it vulnerable to burglary.

The area is very nice, a quiet street within 100m of Morrisons, pubs and a corner shop. Within easy walk of bus stops and train stations, the house is ideally located. Being a mainly student street, it was unsurprising that there was a battle for parking spots. All of the neighbours were very friendly.
