Fine, student area so not the nicest but ideal for living as a student and being close to uni, shops etc.

Great location - perfect for students.

It was a safe part of Ealing but the council were useless. No one would take responsibility. No one would pick up the phone, the licencing officer, Sharleen Willis-Hodgins, never even sent her notes to me after I'd called for a property inspection, like she said she would. I also made her aware I was being illegally evicted, but she made no effort to help me.

Nice area of Manchester with plenty of good bars and restaurants

Really nice area, central and beautiful

Not much there, lack of variety of shops and hardly any restaurants.
