nice area, close to supermarkets and train station with easy access to central london but not much entertainment in the area

Nice area. Parking is bit of an issue in road. Plans for lots of new houses and no infrastructure to support it.

A nice area close to the town centre, pubs, shops and train station. Generally quiet though do hear the church bells sometimes

Lisburn Road. Belfast is a good area with lots of shops and services . Ideally located for city centre and Queens area

Good and safe neighbourhood. Very good location with easy access to bus. Close to the QMC hospital

The neighbourhood is alright, but it cannot compensate for having an abusive landlord.

Property was close to the University, but +20min walking to the nearest town center. Neighbours were nice and still got issues with the letting agency.

Loads of crime happening on the doorstep daily! And squatters next door the police had to be called on multiple occasions

This was probably the best bit of the house: the location.
However traffic rules recently changed (2022) and access to location is now not as quick as before

Neighbourhood is great but ruined by the landlord. I would live in that area but nowhere near that property or the landlord.
