Lots of nosey opinionated neighbours, who all seemed nice to your face but as a renter they were all moaning behind your back

Excellent transport links, amazing neighbours and a very good school on our doorstep, plenty of good shops within a 5 minute walk.

Local area is okey. Shops, parks, pubs, car park are close to the building. No issues with neighbours

Beautiful location and the other neighbors in the flat were very nice when we were there (April 2021 - March 2022).

One of the nicer areas in Belfast, but it's filled with litter and can have noisy neighbours

Not much to do in the neighbourhood, super close to DLR and have a few buses very near. A few parks nearby but the area can be a bit rough. Not too close to any large supermarkets but you have a gym, pharmacy and Tesco express close which is good.

Being a city centre flat means that you are very close to all transport links within a five minute walk, you are also really close to Tesco and the international shops, however with the windows struggling to lock, you can hear the traffic at all times and can hear the skaters outside in front of the electric building. It has a nice view of the skating area and is quite high up.

Nice neighbourhood but definitely doesn't make up for the house/landlord. Has a mix of students and privately owned property

The area was quiet, not far off was a nice pub which serves delicious Pad Thai. It was close to my work, literally 8 minutes walk.

Neighbours are awful. Shout, scream and argue most nights which keeps us up. We had to call the police one night the arguing was so bad and went on for so long. Pretty sure they're council tenants.
