Nice neighbourhood but definitely doesn't make up for the house/landlord. Has a mix of students and privately owned property

The area was quiet, not far off was a nice pub which serves delicious Pad Thai. It was close to my work, literally 8 minutes walk.

Neighbours are awful. Shout, scream and argue most nights which keeps us up. We had to call the police one night the arguing was so bad and went on for so long. Pretty sure they're council tenants.

nice area , letting agents have just made it bad for us especially with the garden .its just terrible .

Good area, lot to do nearby, would be perfect if not for the landlord. Transport links are great.

Nice, friendly neighbors. Pretty quiet neighborhood. 12 minute walk to town, 2 minutes to Aldi.

Area good - close to town and public transport, several shops green spaces and walks around nearby.

Fantastic. Look online great place. Water everywhere. Green spaces and trails. Fantastic walks. But no kids around. Very few young children for family stuff as some neighborhoods or would give ten stars.

The area has homeless people, which brings a lot of insecurity, a lot of trash on the sidewalk e.g: plastic bags, packages while the council tax was over 120£ a month for a studio flat
