Lovely. No problem at all with any of the neighbours. They were even kind enough to warn me about her and advise me to just run.

Lovely area and friendly neighbours. Great transport links and amazing views. Can get loud as can hear anyone talking on the main road but not unbearable. Right next to Brandon Hill which is a really nice park.

Silent neighborhood, just a guy singing karaoke occasionaly from upstairs. The neighbours are mosly nice and helpful.

Terrible for normal people. Full of junkies (drug addicts) intimidatingly trying to gain access to buildings to take drugs and sleep. Will also steal anything they can get their hands on. Will destroy property to gain access also. People taking drugs everywhere and it’s the hard stuff.

Lots of inconsiderate students stay locally.

The local area is lovely, beautiful child (and pet) friendly parks, shops near by, good bus links to the centre if you don’t drive

Lovely area. Quiet and close to plenty of shops. Close to Tamworth Castle which was lovely to walk round

There is a landlord that rents properties around the Luton area for blue sky Property ltd. I was working for a company that was located in Luton so was looking to move closer as lived in Milton Keynes. I come across a room with an ensuite for £650pcm so I went for it. The man come to my place of work to sign contacts for a speedy move in which I signed. However I should have read it before signing (which was my fault) as he changed the contact to £650 every 4 weeks not PCM which means he would have gotten 13 payments of £650 not the 12 for the year. So given I was at work needed to rush to not get in trouble so I signed it. Just watch out anyone that is looking for a decent landlord is a man or company is not to be trusted. Look elsewhere and read reviews.

This went to court with my evidence of the advertisement at £650pcm with the original advertisement I went for to rent and his evidence was that I signed a contract for £650 every 4 weeks (being under pressure as had to sign at work) and the extortionate chargers for letters sent to me for late payments as every 4 weeks doesn’t fall on the same day of the month it falls earlier and even to two payments in the same month.

And to top it off this is my first rental with Blue sky property ltd and it was for a 6 month contract and it was adjusted it to a 12 month without my knowing.

Great area, good location close to shops and amenities, friendly neighbours and neighbourhood

Beautiful location, surrounded by fields. Neighbours pleasant and amiable. Good views. Occasional smell from sewage plant across the road.

Good area, no nuisance from neighbours with links to Clapham Junction station which is a short walk away. By the train line so can get noisy at times and early in the morning when rubbish collection occurs.
