It's a nice quiet area. The buses aren't great; they're infrequent and often didn't show up. The train station is a considerable walk away, about 45 minutes.

Great location near the tram stop, walking distance to the Co-op and lots of great restaurants, a post office, and more. I always felt safe there. Feels like a fairly standard new build neighbourhood, but relatively well-integrated into the surroundings.

School across the street a minor nuisance since cars flood the roundabout at 3ish, parking around the roundabout and on double yellows with smelly petrol/diesel engines running!

Bournemouth area is a little rough, but plenty to do, good shopping and transport links. Only good part of letting with Brightwater.

Great area. My problem is not with the house it's with Bowdens Property who took over tenancy, didn't pay us and abandoned property without notice.

Good, shops and amenities, great central location. Awful tenancy agreement. Bad property management

Alright area, close to city centre with transport links. Road isnt too busy but neighbours can be noisy

Area ok. Public transport is bus only but ran regularly, shops within 5-10 minute walk. Not a lot to do. There are some nice green spaces and parks though.

Area was great, good transport links, parks and nice cafes. Recommend Chamomile cafe!

Local area is perfectly fine, plenty of transport links, shops, schools, you name it it is easily accessible.
