Property was a lovely ground floor flat in a quiet area, 10 minutes walk to Highgate, Crouchend and Archway.
Nice outside space and neighbours who kept themselves to them selves.
Property does need new windows and doors as it is poorly insulated
Property needs some TLC but is unfortunately owned by a slum landlord
