Was newly decorated so was very appealing, but due to the incompetent property developer landlord we moved in just a week before she found 2 young twenty year old boys for the upstairs bedrooms, who wanted to party all night and work part time as opposed to us 2 professional nearly 30-year olds. When it comes to money there's no such thing as mismatching tenants. The boys moved out after a few months to go somewhere trendier.
