the property is unliveable. There is damp in every room including the kitchen. Structural damp issues make the air wet and cold. Several complaints to the landlord have been made to the property manager and the landlord after several tenants developed health conditions including a heart murmur and severe exzcema due to the stress and state of the house. the house is unsafe for future tenants - this point has been repeatedly made to the landlord but there has been no effort to fix the solution only quick fixes such as bleaching the mouldy walls
