Property was in a disgusting state. Old paint on the walls leaves paint dust on anything that touches them. Every hook on the walls or doors are broken. The bathroom was covered in mould on the day we moved in and was…

7 rooms, 3 bathrooms. No mould problems, very old appliances including boiler which often broke and needed maintenance. One big problem of leaking boiler which took over a month for a contractor to fix
