Property was in a disgusting state. Old paint on the walls leaves paint dust on anything that touches them. Every hook on the walls or doors are broken. The bathroom was covered in mould on the day we moved in and was never fixed. The oven didn’t work when we first moved in. The front door has an inch gap at the bottom allowing all the cold air in. Multiple window frames broken. Sofa was peeling and broken. Multiple cupboard missing doors. Doors unable to fit in the frame and close. Another door which we were unable to close because it locked and could not be opened from the inside. Strong cigarette smell around the house and in the carpets and mattress in the spare room. Kitchen counters broken allowing water behind cupboards causing mould growth. Multiple areas where the brick is exposed and has holes to the outside. One of the worst properties I have ever seen.

No mould problems, very old appliances including boiler which often broke and needed maintenance.
One big problem of leaking boiler which took over a month for a contractor to fix
