Dirty when we moved in, empty condom wrappers and chocolate in the carpet. Massive leak which destroyed shoes and bags- permanent holes and water damage. Peeling wallpaper in kitchen, desk broken, poor plumbing system so bad draining (shower and sink), had to get new windows as they let rain in, clog gutters which let water into our rooms, cracks in walls.
