Typical university house, it has its problems but is very practical. There are new slugs almost every day in the bathroom and the paintwork is very blotchy with the walls also dropping to bits! However, other than the narrow kitchen, the rooms are very spacious, with a cosy living room and useful extra utility room upstairs.
