The property was a spacious one bed basement flat with garden. Good size rooms in alright condition. Lovely neighbours. 3 months after moving in developed severe asthma and realised clothes at the back of the cupboard were covered in white mould. Landlords solution was to kick us out rather than treat the damp - had to move out the same day. Later came to light that that the adjoining property ( also owned by the landlord) had flooded and the damp had not been resolved. At least 1 person in each of the three flats developed asthma.
