Before I moved in my friend arrived and the room stank of smoke, cigarettes everywhere. Landlords friends had been chilling in there. Sofa was super dirty although comfortable. Lounge was really dark and drafty. Bedroom fine, upstairs bathroom fine. Downstairs bathroom really crap. We had MASSIVE rats when we were in there too. Landlord did help a little with this but not adequately
