5 rooms across 3 floors all carpeted and with double beds, many of them with under-bed storage to accommodate for the small room size/ little storage availability, bottom floor was slightly damp. Kitchen can get quite crowded. Bathrooms are modern but nothing fancy, can be clean but requires some effort. Really quite cold in the winter but might be fixed if you want the heating on all the time - we didn't try this because of costs!
