When we received the house in July 2022 it was a disgrace. It was obvious they hadn’t cleaned the house before we moved it and there was mould in the rooms and downstairs kitchen. There was a concern for one of us having asthma. When we informed Richard about this he was in no rush to help and took up to 2 weeks to fix it.
