Rooms are a very good size, especially the top floor room. The kitchen is fine, the living room quite dark (and weirdly that's where the fridge is?) with hardly any natural light. However, the bathroom is horrendous. We had excessive mould in the bathroom all year round - it almost completely covered the walls, despite (half-hearted) attempts by the landlord to fix this. Garden is very overgrown and not fit for use, even though we were promised this would be cut. One important note - the property is advertised as having two bathrooms, however, the second toilet DOES NOT WORK. It does not flush, despite the landlord's attempts to convince us otherwise, so be careful when factoring this in to your decision.

Property is in bad condition, Landlord does not like to pay for anything. Problems with mould in bathroom, the 'solution' was to keep the window open all the time (which you can't really do in Selly Oak), keep the heating on 24/7 (Expensive). 5 double bedrooms, small kitchen. Would be find but it is a shame about the condition the landlord keeps the house in.
