The flat is above a pizza shop, so it is pretty loud at night and being on Bristol road there are constantly ambulances and traffic. Overall the flat is nice, it is comfortable and a nice space for two people to live in.
Left bedroom prone to quite severe mould. Living room ceiling also leaked but has been fixed from the outside .
