The property looked nice when we first viewed it but as soon as we moved in it was clear that there were many problems. Everything from central heating which didn't work (radiators broken), to water leaking from the shower and through the roof, even broken white goods such as the washing machine and fridge freezer.
There was a slight improvement in the management of the property at the end of the year when King&Co took over repair management but really it was too little too late as many of the issues had become much harder to fix after being neglected for so long.
