Solid terraced house - feels well-built. Quite well sound-proofed by Selly Oak standards at least. Kitchen/living area open plan, which is nice for socialising and chilling. Decently sized double bedrooms. One of the best points: two bathrooms, one of which with a bath!
End-terrace so not as noisy as some, but a bit more pricy for heating. We were told there was a garden and while there are two outdoor areas accessible from the back, neither seems to really "belong" to this house: one of these is incredibly overgrown, so there's no real garden to speak of. Very unlikely to get a parking spot outside the house (this end of Dawlish has yellow lines on one side so parking is at a premium), but I nearly always found a spot a few minutes' walk away around the corner on Coronation Road by the garage.
