The property comes with 4 bedrooms (2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor), 1 study room on the ground floor (front of the house), a living room, a small kitchen, 1 bathroom on ground floor, and a garden.
All bedrooms have double-sized beds, however, the 2 second floor rooms have a smaller amount of space.
The property is old, with mismatched and outdated furniture (apart from the bathroom).
There is an alleyway (with a gate) that leads into the garden at the back of the house. The garden is shared with the neighbours so there’s no privacy.
The bathroom was prone to mould, and therefore was re-done in the summer. Since then, mould does appear but it is not as bad as it has been in the previous years.
