The property was in poor condition. 4 bedrooms, nothing cleaned. cupboard under stairs full of random junk.
Downstairs front bedroom has serious mold problem due to bad drainage. Kitchen floor was badly damaged, tearing up. Microwave was unusable as it had rusted to pieces. Garden totally overgrown and full of rubbish.
No doorbell, just live wires. It might still have the little red button I installed as a doorbell... Garden floods in heavy rain.
The boiler is ancient, good luck in winter.
