The flat itself was lovely. It was clean and came with all the white goods installed. This was more to do with the letting agency I used than SDL.
However, the actual property leaves a lot to be desired. There was, for a long time, heroin use on the stair well, with needles and pots of blood being left behind. Bodily fluid was also being smeared on the walls and soaked into the carpets. One morning, I actually ended up calling an ambulance for a woman I was worried had overdosed on the stairs.
