The property looked nothing like the images shown by the agency - the photos were at least 4-5 years old, and the apartment was in a serious state of disrepair (exposed wires next to the fuse box, mould in the bathroom/toilet, wallpapers peeling, cracks around in the walls), which were never fixed, even after multiple repair requests.

The flat is a standard council flat, with the living room split into two bedrooms, making it a 5 bedroom apartment with a single bathroom, single toilet, and single kitchen with barely enough space for two, let alone five, and no other common area. Sound insulation was non-existent.
