10 bedrooms, every single one with a problem. Upstairs bedrooms had water running through the ceilings, middle bedrooms had water coming through Windows, basement rooms had thick mould. 2/8 hobs work. Hole in kitchen door. Faulty fire alarm, leaking pipes in middle bathroom.

Very old and in dirty condition. Like the other reviews, pinder is very bad and slow at communication which was immensely frustrating.

The property itself was fine, it was an old guest house transformed into a big student house. It was fine for what we needed, though a bit damp (but expect this from most student houses in Bristol)
