Managed to address most non-urgent issues but did require multiple requests/follow up sometimes. Very good with urgent issues such as broken fridge, was swapped next day.

3 Bed house (two large bedrooms and one small) 2 toilets one shower with very large living room. Kitchen isn't the largest but is suitable for 2 people, any more and I'd suggest sharing pots pans, plates etc to save space.

The neighbors used to be a grow house (weed) but they got busted and now a family of about 7 Romanians live there. It's also opposite a youth centre so kids tend to hang about.
