Letting Agent rating
The agency was quick to take your money and chase if the money didn't get transferred, but not so much to get maintenance completed. It took months to get the basics resolved. One of the windows wouldn't shut, hence was open and anyone could have broken in, it took nearly a year to get it fixed. When I came to move out they picked up on the slightest of dust. They attempted to deduct £80 from my deposit due to dust and cobwebs which came into the property after I moved out. They found less than 1cm of breadcrumbs and a grape stalk, this was "disgusting". They were also claiming against general wear and tear. They expected the property to be in a better condition than which it was let in.

Property rating
The property itself was very nice. Spacious, two bedroom ground floor flat. It was good location for getting into Swindon and local amenities.

Area rating
The flat was on a council estate, some of the neighbours were OK, but others refused to talk to you. On the whole the area was OK, although there was a little bit of crime in the area such as smashed Windows. The flat was across the road from a police station as well.
