Seemed only interested in getting the booking and fee. All correspondence by email, not keen on phone calls. Never conducted 3 month inspections that i think are good practice. Manager was not even aware we handed back keys at end of tenancy does this mean they can not communicate internally?

This is a large 3bed victorian flat conversion. While impressive in size the overall decoration and condition is average. hive central heating thermostat put in by me at my cost. Some damp areas painted over, paint flaking, no double glazing be prepared to be cold in winter.

Good for walk to Cheltenham station but Noisy main road lots of sirens due to M5 access for police and hospitals. Some areas around not good, my car insurance went up!
